As a DRS Principal, Phil Hundley has led the firm’s design effort for more than 40 years. His experience has been focused on the programming, planning and design of hospitality, educational and corporate facilities. Western Pennsylvania has benefited from his experience at the Airport Marriott, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa and the Erie Convention Center Hotel, and he has completed more than fifteen major hotel projects throughout the Eastern United States.
Much of Mr. Hundley’s focus over the years has also been on Higher Education facilities. He has completed projects with The University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania State University, Carnegie Mellon University, Duquesne University, Slippery Rock University, Edinboro University, Seton Hill University, Point Park University and The University of South Florida. In addition, he has completed major projects for four community colleges in Western Pennsylvania.
As Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the YMCA Pittsburgh, and chair of the Facilities Committee, Mr. Hundley has been instrumental in the strategic planning for three new YMCA projects in our area. And as a resident of Sewickley Heights, he serves his community through both his time and his considerable talents as President of Council. |
