When Reliant Energy decided to relocate it's offices, DRS was called on to complete tenant planning services for several buildings.  DRS completed preliminary planning for 40,000 SF of space in multiple spec office buildings.  A location in Southpointe was chosen and extensive renovations were completed to provide a reception area and lunchroom for the staff.  Additionally, conference facilities, offices, training rooms, open office areas and storage areas were modified and improved for the staff. 

DRS worked with the Reliant IT Group to specify all new cabling for voice and data.  All lighting, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems were modified to meet the new layout requirements.
