DRS has completed Tenant Planning Services for a variety of clients in many Western PA buildings.  DRS meets with the prospective tenant, gathers preliminary programming information and develops a quick test fit to determine how a given space might layout for and individual tenant.  We then move through and manage various stages of design to meet the tenant’s needs.  DRS also is willing to provide Mechanical Engineering & Plumbing (MEP) services through our contract, will complete the required code analysis, work with local code officials, stamp drawings and secure appropriate approvals.
