DRS was selected to design a new vehicle/equipment maintenance facility and the renovation of existing farms related maintenance areas into administrative offices for Rolling Rock Farms and the Richard King Mellon Foundation as well.  In addition to the maintenance building, a six-bay vehicle storage building was incorporated into the plan along with a 5,000 gallon gasoline storage and dispensing system. 

All new structures were designed to compliment the Georgian/Colonial Architecture of the original building.  Once the new maintenance facilities were occupied, the existing building was renovated to provide state-of-the-art offices for all the various administrative functions.
