Rank Retail Services America is a subsidiary of Rank London, the largest producers and distributors of video and compact disc products. Rank selected DRS to develop the office consolidation/relocation of the New York, Chicago and Pittsburgh regional headquarters offices into this 150,000 SF office and warehouse headquarter facility in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.
The office portion of the project consisted of 30,000 SF located on the second floor, connected to the lobby via stairs and elevator. The warehouse portion is 120,000 SF and has 30' clear height with super flat floors to accommodate a computer controlled distribution system. The warehouse has a direct connection to loading docks for shipping and receiving. |
