The 84 Lumber Executive Office Building will house the company’s headquarters and showcase its products on 80 acres when completed in 2008.

The 70,000 SF, three-story building relies on a steel frame and heavy timber and will accommodate a 100,000 SF expansion. The initial building will include an executive office suite, conference and training center, the corporate cafeteria and office workstations configured by DRS.

The building is designed for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification, an independent verification that the building is an environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy place to work.
