A team of professionals from DRS and The Saratoga Associates descended on the Butler County Community College for three days to meet “hands-on” with various members of the entire campus community and be truly integrated into campus life.  As a result of these intense work sessions, a Master Plan was developed which recommended the development of a two-way perimeter road to ease traffic and improve parking congestion; improvements to celebrate the entrance to campus, campus pedestrian connections from the Science, Technology and Cultural Center to the upper campus and along the existing campus mall; and located sites for the three proposed campus buildings.
