DRS Architects and The Saratoga Associates have been selected by the Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) to complete a Facilities Master Plan.  The planning team has organized and filtered the information derived through interactive processes with campus faculty, staff and students and applied our experience to it and to develop an Assessment Report.  Alternate concepts will be developed to meet the requirements of CCBC, which expressed significant concerns in the areas of vehicular and pedestrian access, parking, image, landscaping and land use. 

Various support services, including computer lab access, library/resource center access and student services require significant upgrade.  In addition, access to student recreation, food service and lounges must be improved.
