Allegheny Power enlisted DRS to provide a Master Plan for the campus highlighting immediate Customer Service Center expansion opportunities and future expansion opportunities.  DRS assesed departmental adjacencies, SF allocations, integration of planned facility improvements and building infrastructure/usage.  DRS also evaluated the existing 2,650 SF Dispatch Center to enhance the center's team approach to delivery.

Layout, furniture and equipment recommendations were developed that facilitated group communication and also accommodated archived maps and technical monitoring capabilities.  DRS also developed a plan for the shared 80-acre Whitehall Campus in response to a proposed state highway rerouting.
