This luxury resort, just 58 miles from Pittsburgh, has retained DRS to develop multiple commissions including: the Resort Master Plan; a 400,000 SF addition to the Chateau; Ballroom and Kitchen additions as well as major renovations to the Spa and the original Lodge.

The Chateau Lafayette, which was completed in association with another architect, is a 400,000 SF luxury hotel with 224 guestrooms, concierge lounge, presidential suite, café, and a 17,000 SF ballroom/conference center.

DRS has also supported Nemacolin Woodlands by completing an annual review of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act prior to each PGA 84 Lumber Classic, played annually at the Mystic Rock golf course.
