The relocation of the Equitable Gas Corporate Office was a full-service interior design project.  The 45,000 SF initial phase required develpment of work station standards, preliminary space planning, estimation of construction and furniture costs, furniture specifications and construction documents.  

The planning accentuated the views of downtown Pittsburgh from shared conference rooms.  DRS also created light wells to bring natural light to interior spaces for all employees.  DRS was called on to complete a 20,000 SF addition to the space, located on an adjacent floor.  A third modification of the space was created to provide a new 24/7 dispatch area.
