The Kean Theatre is designed to accommodate community theater groups, musical ensembles, film screenings and educational forums.  To compliment the Georgian architectural elements, patterned carpets, wood paneling, 18th century furniture reproductions and traditional prints were specified for common areas.  The theater is fitted with a  16 speaker Dolby surround sounds system.  The presentation system consists of high resolution video/data projectors concealed above the ceiling on a motorized retractable lift, a motorized projection screen and a stage lectern fitted with a touch screen for sound, lighting, curtain and screen control.  Despite the 300-seat capacity, Kean Theatre retains intimacy appreciated by performers and audiences alike.
