This luxury resort, 58 miles from Pittsburgh has retained DRS for multiple projects including the resort Master Plan; a 400,000 SF addition to the Chateau Lafayette hotel; ballroom and kitchen additions, and major renovations to the spa and the original lodge.

The Chateau Lafayette, which was completed in association with another architect, is a 400,000 SF luxury hotel with 224 guestrooms, concierge lounge, presidential suite, café, and a 17,000 SF ballroom/conference center.

DRS also has completed an annual review of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act for Nemacolin Woodlands prior to each PGA 84 Lumber Classic, that was at the Mystic Rock golf course.
