For more than 20 years, DRS has completed a variety of projects for the Hilton Hotel. Many planning studies have resulted in significant renovations, including to the lobby bar, front entrance, coffee shop, restaurant, guestrooms, mezzanine level, and the Kings Garden Area.

DRS developed the gazebo that faces Point State Park and renovated the Liberty Avenue and Sterling meeting rooms. Significant ADA modifications have been made to public restrooms and guest room toilets. DRS has managed the overall design and construction process and coordinated the work of consulting engineers.
