Overlooking the waters of Presque Isle Bay at the western fringe of the Erie Bayfront district is a pier jutting into Lake Erie, the site for the Erie Convention Center Hotel. The site includes a 100,000 SF convention center, a 201-room Sheraton Hotel and an 800-car parking garage.

The hotel will connect to the convention center via a future sky bridge 40-feet above the water, connecting Sassafras Pier to Dobbins Landing.

In addition to the hotel guestrooms, visitors will enjoy the lobby and lounge; a pool and fitness center; coffee bar, lounge and restaurant, all detailed by DRS.
