DRS was selected by Bechtel Bettis, to provide the design for office rearrangements.  Because all of the construction was done in house, DRS had to develop a schedule for the project to be completed in phases.  DRS assisted in setting new standards for office finishes including paint, carpet and other finishes.  In addition, DRS was responsible for furnishing personnel, supervision, services, facilities and materials to perform the scope of work, and for specifying and meeting all applicable codes, standards and regulations.
