Starting Gate is an organization dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs, new business start-ups and existing businesses expand.  DRS Architects teamed with Rycon Construction in a design/build partnership to develop a 74,000 SF facility.  It will include reception areas, Starting Gate’s corporate offices; shared conference, kitchen and concierge facilities for a variety of entrepreneurial tenants.  Each tenant suite can be fitted out for individual use and will range in size from a single 360 SF office to a 10,000 SF suite for manufacturing, research, assembly or other use.  Laboratory space can be accommodated within the facility due to the specification of the HVAC systems and the electrical and lighting distribution systems.
