DRS was enlisted to design a 30,000 SP Municipal Center.  All the spaces are organized around a two-story central atrium lobby.  There are two lounge/seating areas at the lobby level.  The day-to-day, internal functions of administration and the police are located on the lower level.  The in-ground portions of the lower level are utilized for archives, police training, lockers, evidence room, processing area and holding cells.  The more public, high volume facilities are located on the upper level. 

Flanking the community room at the center are a public meeting hall, which seats in excess of 100, and the public library.
