In designing three new USAR centers, the DRS Design team was responsible for the site and space planning, facility design, all submission requirements, i.e., design analysis, LCCA, M-CACES, construction schedule, construction drawings and specifications, interior design and the selection of furniture for each of the Reserve Centers.  All three facilities contain administrative, educational and storage spaces, assembly area and support space, and OMS Facilities. 

The Morgantown USAR Center contains 21,700 SF of space in the Administration/Training building and 5,500 SF in the OMS building. 

The Kingwood USAR Center contains 19,000 SF in the Administration/Training building and 5,000 SF in the OMS building with 600 SF of covered storage area. 

The Elkins USAR Center contains 12,000 SF in the Administration/Training Building and 4,200 SF in the OMS building.
