This 18,000 SF project consolidated the Interior Design and Graphic Design & Communication programs at La Roche College.  The lower level of Wright Library was totally renovated to provide studio and computer classroom space.  A large portion of the existing Bookstore was designated as another design studio. Structure was exposed to allow greater understanding of construction issues and to provide design interest. Spiral ductwork, electrical conduit, lighting connections are all exposed and can be used in the educational process of design and construction.  Moveable panels provide studio closure when needed, but offer open-style classrooms.  Two smaller breakout rooms provide audiovisual set ups for teaching.
