As part of an ongoing services agreement with Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), DRS renovated and/or relocated three laboratories within Mellon Institute.  The laboratories include a biology lab, chemistry instrumentation and robotics lab, and a mass spectroscopy lab.  DRS also completed the 12,000 SF Center for Neural Basis of Cognition for CMU.  The center was designed to house 13 animal monitoring laboratories, holding rooms, cagewash and support areas, a computer electronics shop, office space for faculty, researchers and students, a computer room and conference space.  DRS also has completed a 2,700 SF expansion of the Center.
