DRS was enlisted to design renovations to the School of Dental Medicine for the University of Pittsburgh, including clinical training areas as well as research and teaching laboratories for the basic sciences biochemistry, microbiology, toxicology and pharmaceutics.  There also are classrooms and lecture halls shared by the schools and used by other university departments.

A Dental School Alumni Center was also designed providing meeting rooms and a conference center especially for alumni.  Most recently, DRS designed an auditorium-style lecture hall, which seats 175, to greatly expand available classroom space.
