Duquesne University is planning a new student recreation and multi-purpose building.  This new facility will include retail shopping on Forbes Avenue including a two level Barnes & Noble Bookstore, convenience shops and space for a lively outdoor plaza.  The second level will house student fitness facilities.  The third and fourth floor levels sport a basketball court with raised running track and a dek hockey/multipurpose floor.  Additional locker rooms, studio spaces, lounge, and classroom space is available for use. 

The top level features a bridge to the upper campus and will serve as the main connection point for students accessing this new facility.  This level also features a ballroom with exciting views of Pittsburgh’s skyline.
